Similarly, stop when you experience a dizzy feeling but make sure to make an attempt as the day progresses. This exercise should be repeated three times in a single day.
3rd Brain exercise: This brain exercise is also known as the standing balance test. It entails an individual standing with their both their feet close together. In case, one is feeling unsteady they should try standing with their feet shoulder-width apart. Ideally, a person should feel steady for up to half a minute with their eyes both opened and closed. This exercise should be repeated quite often for those who feel unsteady until they experience a profound improvement with closed eyes. It can be varied by placing one foot in front of another foot and switching them up on completion of every test. The variation which is significantly challenging involves a 3rd individual standing on a single foot with eyes both open and closed. Ensure to switch sides after performing each test. The most difficult one involves standing next to a counter or even the corner of a room to catch one’s self from falling.
